Can I secure my tour with a deposit?

We’re happy to confirm that you can reserve any tour with a 25% deposit, as long as you book at least two months in advance. You can do this through our website or by emailing us. The rest of the payment is due one month before your tour, with a reminder sent by email. Our site only accepts Visa and Mastercard; to use Amex, please contact us.

Is this tour private?

That’s correct – each tour is reserved solely for you and your companions. We never mix you with other parties.

Are your tour guides licensed?

We’re proud to have only licensed Blue Badge Tourist Guides lead our tours. This is the highest guiding qualification in the UK, awarded after two years of extensive training, ensuring you enjoy a truly outstanding experience. They are the only guides authorised to guide at Hampton Court Palace.

Can I customise or extend this private tour?

Cancel within 96 hours (4 days) – 100% cancellation fee.
