Can I secure my tour with a deposit?

Yes – you can reserve any of our tours with just a 25% deposit when booking at least two months in advance. You can book through our website or by email. The remaining balance is due one month before your tour, and we’ll send you a reminder by email. Please note: our website accepts Visa and Mastercard only. To pay with Amex, please contact us by email.

Is this tour private?

Yes, all our tours are private to just you and your party. We never mix groups.

Are your tour guides licensed?

Our tours are led by licensed Blue Badge Tourist Guides – the highest guiding qualification in the UK, earned after two years of intensive training. With their expertise and official accreditation, you can be assured of an exceptional touring experience.

Can I customise or extend this private tour?

Yes. This National Gallery Private Tour usually lasts 2-2.5 hours and covers the highlights of the collection. If you would like to explore a particular theme, please contact us before booking for a bespoke request.

You can extend this tour to 4 hours and explore the area around the National Gallery (including Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden and the West End) for £50 extra.

What's the Cancellation Policy for this tour?

  • Cancel at least 10 days before your tour’s scheduled start time (London local time) – £100 cancellation fee.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before – 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancel within 96 hours (4 days) – 100% cancellation fee.

This policy ensures our guides are paid fairly when bookings are cancelled. Departure times are listed in local London time – if you are unsure, please contact us. We strongly recommend taking out full travel insurance for your trip.
