Historic Rooms Behind the Glass access – Step behind the glass and into the historic rooms with your own private tour guide, instead of seeing them behind a pane of glass. This can be done an early entry with exclusive access, after-hours privately, or during regular opening times. This option starts at £1450 per group, and as well as the behind-the-glass tour of the War Rooms also includes a WW2-themed walking tour of the local area to put this sight into context.
After-hours Exclusive Evening Champagne Reception Tour – Available in the evening only from 6:30pm-8:00pm, The Churchill War Rooms Champagne Reception is the perfect pre-dinner activity. It features a light-hearted, conversational tour hosted by a Director-level guide, exploring Winston Churchill’s life through anecdotes in historic corridors, the Churchill Museum, and a special interactive room not open to regular daytime guests. You’ll enjoy Churchill’s favourite Pol Roger Champagne and themed canapés, along with engaging exhibits and interactive items. From £2150 per group – an optional WWII-themed walking tour of the area can be added on too before this experience.

Can I secure my tour with a deposit?

Absolutely – you can secure any of our tours with a 25% deposit if booking at least two months ahead. Reservations can be made via our website or by email. The final payment is due one month before your tour, and we’ll send a reminder by email. Please note: our website accepts Visa and Mastercard only. For Amex payments, please contact us.

Is this tour private?

Absolutely! Every tour is exclusively for you and your group. We never combine different parties.

Can I customise or extend this private tour?

What's the Cancellation Policy for this tour?

Cancel at least 10 days before your tour’s scheduled start time (London local time) – £100 cancellation fee + admission ticket costs.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before – 50% cancellation fee + admission ticket costs.
Cancel within 96 hours (4 days) – 100% cancellation fee.
